Your Role

Do you want to work in a central role where structure, coordination, and delivery precision are crucial? We are now looking for an employee who wants to take on the role of delivery support in a project within maintenance systems.

Here, you will become a key person in coordinating several sub-projects with their own products and deliveries. You will be responsible for following up, checking, and reporting on hardware deliveries, as well as ensuring that everything happens according to plan.

The role involves many contact surfaces and requires you to have a good overall view while being able to work structured with details. You will play an important role in identifying and handling deviations and contributing to driving deliveries forward.

Your Main Areas of Responsibility

• Follow up and coordinate hardware deliveries within the project
• Ensure that deliveries take place according to plan, scope, and requirements
• Identify and handle deviations and suggest measures
• Compile and report delivery status to project management
• Collaborate with internal functions and sub-projects
• Ensure correct and relevant documentation

Your Profile

To thrive and succeed in the role, we believe you are a person who likes to create structure and keep several parallel tasks happening simultaneously together. You are confident in your communication and find it easy to collaborate with different types of stakeholders. You have a solution-oriented approach and take initiative when obstacles arise, while working carefully and ensuring high quality in both documentation and reporting.

We would like you to:

• Have experience from logistics, purchasing, and/or production planning
• Have a good understanding of flows and delivery processes
• Communicate clearly and build good collaborations
• Be solution-oriented and take initiative when something does not go according to plan
• Work carefully and have a focus on quality in what you deliver

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current regulations for security clearance. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
