At Inagården in Tärnsjö, we offer 20 care places – 16 under SoL and 4 under LSS.

The operation is characterized by close collaboration between different professions, a clear care mission, and a strong focus on safety, quality, and individualized support.

As a nurse with us, you have a central and significant role in the operation's HSL work. You are responsible for ensuring good and safe care for our clients and work both independently and in close collaboration with other professional groups.

Your role includes, among other things:

• Coordination and follow-up of care processes.
• Collaboration and follow-up with external care providers.
• Managing medication treatments and handling, both independently and through delegation.
• Coordinating and preparing rounds with the facility's psychiatrist.
• Contributing formal competence in daily work and in the development of the operation.

About the patient group

The patient group at Inagården consists of adults with complex behavioral problems and extensive care and support needs. Many of our clients have neuropsychiatric and/or psychiatric diagnoses, such as autism, psychotic disorders, as well as personality and behavioral disorders. Comorbidity may also occur.

As a nurse with us, you will meet a patient group where relational work, continuity, and medical competence are crucial for creating good care and a functioning everyday life for each individual.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a licensed nurse with experience in the profession who feels secure in your professional role. You have preferably worked in similar operations, such as HVB, LSS, psychiatry, or other care where collaboration and a holistic view are central.

It is an advantage if you are a further educated psychiatric nurse or have experience in psychiatric care and working with individuals with complex issues.
