The work consists of the following: Site Manager Berg in Otterhällan is a team player who contributes to creating the best conditions for the contractor through close and solution-focused collaboration. You participate in an efficient execution through good cooperation between all parties - clients, contractors, specialists, designers, etc. You are expected to be present in production, work for a safe and secure working environment, and contribute to achieving the right function and quality.

The role also involves acting in line with project management decisions and representing the client's interests towards both contractors and other stakeholders in the project. You report to the production manager of the sub-project.

As a site manager, you are responsible for being well-informed and following up on the daily work in the project with a focus on quality, time, and cost. With a proactive approach, you should, in the role of client representative, ensure that the project's technical solutions and buildability meet the specified requirements and that the project achieves the right TKI (time, cost, content) by:

Performing continuous inspections on-site to ensure that production follows applicable construction documents, technical specifications, and agreements

• Following the established control plan and contributing to keeping it updated, documenting inspections via Field Maps, and being responsible for handling and closing identified remarks
• Conducting site inspections and documenting these
• Carrying out spot checks of the contractor's self-inspections during production
• Keeping a site diary and following up on the contractor's production diary
• Cost-consciously controlling production
• Reviewing invoice documentation as the first step for monthly adjustments
• Keeping the production manager continuously informed about the progress of production
• Assisting the production manager and project manager with documentation for notifications and cost assessments
• Performing other tasks as agreed with the production manager

Competence Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience as a site manager or other supervisory position in underground facilities in hard rock The requirement is verified by CV, clearly marked with the assignments that demonstrate the experience. Assignment periods are specified in years and months, YY-MM. The requirement is also verified through reference assignments.
• At least five (5) years of experience as a site manager or other supervisory position in hard rock work. The experience should not be older than 10 years. The requirement is verified through reference assignments

Value-Added Requirements

• It is an added value if the resource has participated as a site manager or in another supervisory position in at least one large complex project with high collaboration between parties and has demonstrably contributed to good cooperation in this. Examples should be provided in writing.
• It is an added value if the resource has high competence in solving production problems in complex construction projects. Examples should be provided in writing.

The work will be performed in Gothenburg, remote work is not possible. The assignment involves shift work, every other week Monday – Saturday, with a maximum of 80 hours of work over a 14-day period. Daily working hours are distributed between 05:00 and 24:00.
