Sprinklerbolaget is a nationwide and SBF-certified fire protection company that designs and installs automatic extinguishing systems, primarily water sprinklers.

About the Role

As a project manager with us, you will have a varied everyday life where you move between offices, project sites, and client meetings. The role suits you if you enjoy juggling multiple tasks, working systematically, and being close to the team and projects. As a project manager with us, you are a key person involved from project planning with other industries to final inspection.

Your responsibilities include:

Leading projects from design to final inspection
Planning and allocating resources
Responsible for finances, calculations, forecasts, and timelines
Quality and environmental work according to applicable regulations
Participating in construction, installation, and financial meetings
Maintaining and developing good customer relationships
Contributing to a positive, supportive, and family-like work environment

Who We Are Looking For

We believe you have:

Several years of experience as a project manager in contracting and/or installation
Competence in sprinkler/plumbing or other technical installations
Some knowledge of construction law
The ability to lead with clarity and humility
A natural social ability and ease in building trust
Understanding of technical processes
Good knowledge of business economics
Driver's license (B)

Meritorious: Experience with collaborative contracts and involvement in design.
