The Role of Paving Worker

As a paving worker, you will work closely with clients and customers alongside your colleagues. You will be part of a team of skilled colleagues and perform both large and small paving jobs. Since the nature and size of the work varies, your tasks will be diverse and provide you with great opportunities for development within the profession. Our operations are seasonal, meaning that work is primarily carried out from April to December.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience working with asphalt in a machine team. We seek individuals who are responsible and have a strong safety mindset. You can work independently while contributing to good team spirit and collaboration. You actively work on your own development, and we value your ability to adapt to changing conditions, find practical solutions, and create a positive work environment through clear and respectful communication. These qualities are essential for us to deliver safe, efficient, and well-executed paving work together.

Additional Information

A B driver's license is required; BE or CE licenses are advantageous. The position is a permanent seasonal full-time employment located in Borås. A probationary period may apply.

In accordance with NCC's safety culture, we conduct background checks on our final candidates as well as alcohol and drug tests.
