Enwell Göteborg is now looking for an experienced Refrigeration Technician based in the Gothenburg area. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in service/repair of heat pumps for properties/homes. You should also have experience working with digital reporting as our work methods require this.

As a Refrigeration Technician with us, it is important that you have good social skills and that you focus on the customer's experience during our visit. Customer focus is and will always be an important part of working at Enwell.

About the Role

As a Refrigeration Technician in the service department, you will have a varied job where you will work with service/repair of our heat pumps for private customers, as well as for smaller/larger companies and properties. Currently, there are 6 Refrigeration Technicians/Service Technicians working in our service department.

You will also continuously want to expand your knowledge as our industry is constantly evolving. Heavy lifting may occur. The highest workload is during winter, and overtime may occur during peak work periods.

Your responsibilities include:

• Service, troubleshooting, and repair of heat pumps in the residential segment
• Service, troubleshooting, and repair of heat pumps in the property segment
• Daily reporting in our digital planning systems via computer/mobile
• Contact with support at IVT
• Handling warranty cases
• Calculating cost proposals
• Reviewing documents in your assignments before invoicing
• Contacting customers via phone and email
• A close collaboration with our service coordinator
• Management of local spare parts inventory at the placement site

Qualifications

Qualifications for the role:

• Certified as a refrigeration technician category 1 (Requirement)
• Extensive experience in service/repair of heat pumps (Requirement 2 years)
• Driving license B (Requirement)
• Hot work certificate is a (Requirement)
• Good knowledge of the Office suite and other digital planning systems (Requirement)
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing (Requirement)

Meritorious:

• Experience in plumbing work
• Previous experience working with property facilities
• Previously worked in SDF

• Driven
