Refrigeration Technician at Brion

The Role – Practical Work with Significant Influence

As a refrigeration technician with us, you will have a varied and developing job where you can combine technical craftsmanship with customer contact and problem-solving. The role involves both independent work and close collaboration with colleagues and customers.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Installation, Service, and Troubleshooting
    Installation, commissioning, and service of refrigeration and heat pump systems in buildings, industry, and commercial environments.
    Troubleshooting and actions in existing systems with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
    Ongoing maintenance and optimization of systems to ensure stable operation.
  • Project Support and Development Work
    Contribute technically to new projects, solutions, and assignments that develop as the business area grows.
    Be involved in developing working methods, routines, and technical choices for the future of refrigeration operations.
  • Customer Contact and Relationship Building
    Work closely with customers and be a reliable, professional, and service-oriented contact person.
    Contribute to long-term relationships through quality in every assignment and a solution-oriented approach.

Who We Are Looking For – A Curious, Technically Driven, and Independent Refrigeration Technician

We are looking for someone who enjoys a role where you can work practically but also contribute to development. You are meticulous, responsible, and enjoy finding solutions that improve both systems and customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Broad experience in refrigeration technology
  • Category 1 certification (mandatory)
  • Driver's license B
  • Experience in troubleshooting, installation, and service of refrigeration or heat pump systems
  • Ability to work independently and create structure in your work
