We are a growing construction company in Gothenburg looking for an experienced carpenter who will also take on the role of team leader in daily operations. With us, craftsmanship is combined with responsibility, collaboration, and a strong “we do this together” spirit.

We are looking for someone who is confident in their craft and naturally takes on a leadership role at the workplace – by planning, supporting, and ensuring the team functions well in everyday tasks.

About the role

As a carpenter and team leader, you will work practically on projects while having overall responsibility for the daily work of the team. The role includes, among other things:

• planning and coordinating daily work on the construction site
• distribution and follow-up of tasks within the team
• practical carpentry and construction work
• contact with management, clients, and other professionals
• responsibility for order, safety, and a good work environment

You are a role model in everyday life and contribute to a respectful and professional work climate.

Who we believe you are

• You have several years of experience as a carpenter
• You have experience in, or are comfortable in, a leadership role
• You are structured, solution-oriented, and communicative
• You take responsibility and make others feel secure in their work
• You speak Swedish
• You have a professional certificate and a B driver's license
