We are now looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for a 15-year-old girl in Södertälje. The girl needs assistance with hygiene routines, her training, and other activities. She attends school and leisure activities from 8 AM to 4 PM, and we are looking for someone who can work evening and weekend shifts.

As part of Novum Assistans, you will be involved as an employee through regular workplace meetings where the development of assignments takes place. As an assistant, you will thus have the opportunity for personal development both as an individual and in your professional role as a personal assistant.

Who are you as an applicant? We are looking for someone who has personal suitability for the assignment. For us, this means that you are responsible, empathetic, and attentive. It is important that you are punctual and can keep time, but also flexible enough to sometimes step in to cover gaps in staffing. We see that you are a secure person and enjoy taking initiative, both independently and in collaboration with others in a group.

It is also desirable that you have good physical fitness, are cheerful, and positive. The chemistry and interaction between you as an assistant and the client are crucial for the quality and experience of the work. We also see that you, as an applicant, have a good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.

You will receive training and introduction to the medical tasks and ongoing competence development based on the needs of the assignment.

About the employment The employment is based on an hourly basis and as needed during the summer. We offer a fixed hourly wage according to agreement. Other compensations according to collective agreements.

The working hours vary, and you are expected to be able to work some evenings and weekends.

About the recruitment The selection process is ongoing, and more information about the assignment will be provided during a possible interview. Start date will be agreed upon. For employment with Novum Assistans, it is required that you have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service.

The background check must be submitted to us as the employer before the employment begins. You will order the background check according to LSS from the police.
