About us

One of our employees is moving on to new adventures, and we are therefore looking for a new social worker to join our competent team with broad experience. The authority section of the Adult Unit consists of 12 social workers, two of whom work in the reception. We also have two housing consultants and an economic assistant linked to the Social Administration's training apartments.

What distinguishes us is a competent, stable, engaged, and supportive work group. We have a good work environment and a positive social climate. Here, we also have close leadership from all managers in the Adult Unit, as well as clear routines and guidelines.

We focus on providing support and services to adults with risk use and dependency, dropouts, criminal lifestyles, and/or long-term psychiatric disabilities. The Adult Unit offers its clients a wide range of interventions that range from qualified treatment to practical support in everyday life. What does the job entail?

As a social worker, you will work with target groups in social psychiatry, risk use and dependency, as well as comorbidity. You will primarily investigate individual needs based on SoL and LVM. You will plan and follow up on the interventions deemed necessary to meet those needs. You will work independently when required and can collaborate both internally and externally based on clients' needs, working in a structured manner. You contribute to leading development work in line with Solna City's political goals.

Your profile

You have

• a degree in social work
• experience in authority exercise
• good knowledge of mental disabilities, risk use and dependency, comorbidity, dropouts, and criminal lifestyles
• knowledge of structured investigation and follow-up methods such as IBIC, ASI, Ubåt, and MI
• the ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• A driving license (B) is an advantage.

We also see that you have the ability to structure your work effectively and work towards the organization's goals, focusing on results. As a social worker, you are required to be flexible, able to prioritize in acute situations, and accustomed to working independently.
