The Social Administration is responsible for individual and family care, elderly care, and care for people with disabilities. We work preventively with support, interventions, and authority exercise for children, adolescents, families, adults, the elderly, and people with disabilities.

Job Description

The work involves being a support for the residents and motivating them towards continued sobriety and an independent life. In the role of housing supporter, it includes providing pedagogical support regarding ADL and preparing the residents to manage their own housing in the future. The work includes motivating and supporting clients in maintaining routines, managing daily administration, searching for work and housing, and working towards continued sobriety. In collaboration with outpatient care, social workers, and other partners, you support the residents in the change process. We work with case management. An important task is documentation and record-keeping in the operational system LifeCare. The work includes conducting regular and random alcohol and drug tests. The position involves scheduled working hours both during the day and evening, as well as every third weekend.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least two years of education as a social or treatment pedagogue at a folk high school or university, with a focus on adults.
• Very good theoretical knowledge and practical experience of working with MI with the target group.

We consider it an advantage if you have:

• Education in addiction theory.
• Good knowledge of evidence-based methods in the addiction field.

You who apply find it easy to create social contacts and collaborate with others. You are structured, responsible, and good at motivating and engaging others. For the position, good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a prerequisite.
