Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each customer is unique, and your tasks vary based on the customer's needs. You respect the customer's self-determination and integrity and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with a woman in her 60s living in Brandbergen

• has good knowledge of Swedish

• has experience with PEG management and epilepsy

It is also an advantage if you:

• have experience in similar work

• preferably have previous experience as a team leader (AL), as this role may be offered to the right person

• shares the customer's interests in walking and movement

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is “as long as the assistance assignment lasts” with an employment rate of about 72%. The position involves working at night according to the following schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday between 19:00-08:00, with each shift including 3.5 hours of standby.

Hourly wage according to agreement and other compensation according to collective agreement.

Start date: Immediately or according to agreement.
