Raoul Wallenberg Preschool Källberga opened in August 2024 in the new residential area Källberga in Nynäshamn municipality. The area is characterized by social and ecological sustainability, where Raoul Wallenberg Schools have both a preschool with space for 120 children and a primary school for grades F-6. Together, the schools provide a holistic approach from early years in preschool through to primary school. The preschool is characterized by a calm and safe working environment for both young and old. Health and movement are central parts of the activities, as is being outdoors in nature. Källberga, with its hilly and nature-preserving surroundings, is an ideal place for children to develop.

We are now looking for a preschool assistant to join our fantastic team!

The role of the preschool assistant means that you, together with colleagues, work purposefully according to the preschool's focus on language, safety, and health. The curriculum for preschool Lpfö 18 and the company's guiding principles and vision form the foundation for the pedagogical work.

Come and develop with us! We are looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified preschool assistant, which means you have completed the Child and Recreation Program or have otherwise trained as a preschool assistant.

• Has several years of experience, as we highly value pedagogical work.

• Masters the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

• Is a co-researching educator who can challenge children in everyday life through play and imagination.

• Has a good and professional attitude.

• Other pedagogical education or ongoing studies in pedagogy is an advantage.
