Preschool Fåret and Viggbyholm is part of Rönnbergs Friskolor AB, which started in 1993 and has preschools in Nacka, Stockholm, Täby, and Nykvarn.

The educational activities are based on the children's interests, experiences, and needs. We want a democratic work environment, with participation and real influence for everyone, to characterize us. The preschool should be safe, fun, and educational for the whole child - heart, brain, body, and soul - in the common effort to achieve the goals of the preschool curriculum.

The positions currently available are substitute roles as needed at preschool Fåret and Viggbyholm, all located in central Täby.

You should have experience as a childcare worker and possess a positive personality. We prefer that you have several years of experience working in a preschool and are interested and engaged in helping children learn and develop together with colleagues in a team. You should be a guide for the children, and it is important that you are a calm and secure person, as young children are easily influenced by adult stress, and we want to create a calm and harmonious learning environment for our youngest children.

As a childcare worker, you will perform regular tasks in the children's group, such as conversing and engaging in dialogue with the children as they explore themselves and their surroundings. You will help and support the children in various routine situations that occur during a day at preschool, such as dressing and undressing, toilet and hygiene situations, as well as meal times and nap times for the youngest.
