We are now looking for a personal assistant for our wonderful 7-year-old boy living in Södermalm!

Do you want to join the journey of starting a brand new assignment together with our lovely 7-year-old boy and his family, which consists of a mother, father, and two siblings? Our family has recently been granted personal assistance, which means you as an assistant will be involved from the start.

He is a playful and cheerful boy who needs a safe, happy, and stable person by his side for various fun activities such as visits to the swimming pool, playground, or sledding.

As an assistant, you will be there to provide him with the support he needs, including play and fun. Our boy uses a wheelchair but can walk independently for short periods with assistance. He requires extensive support with everything from feeding, communication, to hygiene. Therefore, we prefer that you have previous experience as an assistant. A medical background is a plus but not a requirement.

To apply for the position, you must be at least 20 years old, preferably older, be able to provide a criminal record extract, and give two nearby references.

Who are we looking for?

• You love children and are patient
• You need to have good physical fitness as heavy lifting may occur
• You are at least 20 years old, attentive, and responsible.
• You are a calm and secure person
• You are smoke-free.
• You need to speak fluent Swedish.

Working hours and employment rate

The shifts are scheduled on weekends but also include weekdays, with varying times.

It is an advantage if you are flexible and can step in extra when needed.

When do you start working with us?

The planned start is February 2026. However, the most important thing is that we find the right person for the job, so please indicate in your application when you can start, and we can surely come to an agreement.
