Upp & Hoppa Akademien is a concept preschool focused on sports and movement, sustainability, and health. We exist to give children the opportunity to be more active. We are now looking for a driven childcare worker to complement our team.

We see that you are a qualified childcare worker with a clear pedagogical foundation and are confident in your ability to lead and inspire children. We believe you are attracted to challenges and possess the ability to set clear boundaries and routines while also being dynamic according to the needs and development of the group.

As a person, you are driven with a high work ethic and enjoy when things happen. At Upp & Hoppa, we welcome your own initiatives, value influence, and have short decision-making paths. We want you to contribute with engagement, creativity, and a positive spirit. You meet each child with respect and attentiveness. Of course, you have a professional approach and work towards good relationships with guardians and colleagues.
