We are currently looking for an additional personal assistant for a nearly 30-year-old girl living independently in Bromma. She enjoys exercising and going on outings, and needs support and help with structure, order, and predictability in her daily life as she has a neuropsychiatric diagnosis. She is cheerful and kind in every way but sometimes struggles with self-harming behavior and may appear outwardly aggressive as a result.

She is very verbal but has difficulty processing information. Therefore, it is crucial that you, who will work with her, are well-organized, structured, and above all calm. In your work, you will use your intellect significantly more than your body. Experience with low-arousal approaches is an advantage.

You will always work in pairs with another assistant, both day and night. We offer training and supervision, which is also a prerequisite for performing a good job.

The working hours range between 80% and 90%

ABOUT YOU

Applicants should preferably be over 25 years old, calm, and engaged. It is advantageous if you have previously worked with low-arousal responses and outwardly aggressive behavior, as well as experience with neuropsychiatric disabilities. However, we place great emphasis on personal suitability. You will always work in pairs with another assistant.
