Temporary Workers Wanted for Our Supported Housing in Mälarhöjden

We are looking for temporary workers for our enhanced supported housing in Mälarhöjden, southern Stockholm.

We accept individuals with mental health issues, substance abuse problems, and comorbidity.

Job Responsibilities

As a temporary worker with us, your duties will include:

• Supportive and motivational conversations
• Practical and social everyday support
• Crisis management
• Medication management according to applicable regulations
• Documentation according to legal requirements
• Collaboration with authorities and care interventions
• Contributing to a safe and stable living environment

We are looking for someone who:

• Is studying or has completed studies as a social worker, treatment educator, social educator, behavioral scientist, or equivalent in social work.
• Has a good ability to work relationally and professionally.
• Is responsible, stable, and stress-resistant.
• Has good communication skills.
• Can work independently as well as in a team.
• Has a driver's license
