Montessori School Floda Säteri is now looking for a new employee. The position is full-time within our preschool operations and involves work at our three preschools, located in different parts of the municipality (Lerum, Stenkullen & Gråbo). The position is suitable for you who enjoy variety, have a driver's license, a good attitude, and want to contribute to a safe and well-functioning preschool operation.

As a runner, you are an important resource in the daily operations. You support the work teams as needed, contribute to continuity during absences, and create security for both children and colleagues through your professional and engaged approach.

Responsibilities

Support the operations during short- and long-term absences

Work in child groups according to the preschool's routines and values

Collaborate with educators and other staff at each preschool

Contribute to a safe, developing, and caring environment for the children

Enjoys working in a sometimes fast-paced environment and thrives in a task-focused setting.

Has a strong work ethic, is professional, structured, organized, and reliable.

Is curious about Montessori pedagogy and shares our values.

Has a driver's license, speaks fluent Swedish, and understands the central role of language in children's development.

About the organization

Floda Säteri has a history spanning several hundred years, and for the past 30 years, the Montessori school has been housed in the premises. Our preschools are located in Stenkullen, Gråbo, and Lerum. Today, there are over 360 children from preschool to middle school and 70 staff. We are an organization with a high teacher-to-child ratio and excellent conditions to give our children the start in life that all children deserve. With us, children's interests, desires, and joy are the starting points for their learning. The work in the organization is characterized by a holistic view, and we work with a 1-16 year perspective.
