We are now looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for a young boy with autism. He is a person with a lot of personality, routines, and interests – and he needs you to be a calm, safe, and engaged support in his daily life.

As an assistant, you help create structure, predictability, and safety. You are there for both the little and the big things: in everyday tasks such as personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, transfers, and home care – but also in activities that bring joy, energy, and meaning.

Training programs and swimming are an important part of his life, so we are looking for someone who enjoys being active, has patience, and likes to move around. 

We believe you are a person who:

• is secure, responsible, and stress-resistant

• has a positive attitude and a good sense of humor

• is playful and proactive when the situation allows, but also professional

• enjoys working closely with another person and building relationships

If you have experience with autism, it is an advantage, but personal suitability is the most important. The key is that you work well together.

We are looking for substitute assistants for day/evening shifts as well as night shifts. There may be a possibility for a permanent schedule in the future.

A driver's license and a car are an advantage but not a requirement.
