Location: Relief Worker: Personal Assistant Sundsvall
We are looking for both guys and girls who want to work as personal assistants – a meaningful and important job where you make a real difference in someone else's daily life.
As a personal assistant, you work in the user's home and in everyday situations. Therefore, you need to be comfortable working independently, but also have good teamwork skills. We see it as a given to support each other in the staff group and make decisions together.
This is a relief employment position. You need to have a driver's license, as it is sometimes required to perform the job.
The working hours involve day shifts, and evening and weekend shifts may also occur depending on the user's needs. It is therefore important that you are flexible and adaptable.
We are looking for someone who is responsible, attentive, and has a good view of humanity. Previous experience in assistance or care is an advantage but not a requirement – we place great emphasis on personal suitability.
The position is mediated through an established assistance provider.
