At Örnsköldsvik Hospital, approximately 1200 employees work, and within the Rehabilitation Unit, around 45 employees. Our mission covers almost the entire hospital and is complemented by outpatient services often in the form of assessments and follow-ups. We have all our offices and staff facilities at Wemer.

We are now looking for a rehabilitation assistant for a full-time summer temporary position in the Rehabilitation Unit in Örnsköldsvik. The temporary position is from 2026-06-08 to 2026-08-07.

Rehabilitation Assistant to the Rehabilitation Unit, Örnsköldsvik Summer 2026

The work as a rehabilitation assistant involves carrying out assessed measures on behalf of an occupational therapist and/or physiotherapist. Ongoing dialogue between the rehabilitation assistant and the occupational therapist/physiotherapist occurs to ensure that the rehabilitation assistant is secure in their assignment and execution. The occupational therapist and physiotherapist are responsible for all assessments as well as planning of measures and follow-ups.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained nursing assistant or has studied to the 4th semester of the occupational therapy or physiotherapy program
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

It is an advantage for the position if you

• Have relevant work experience in the field
