Your new workplace
Do you want to contribute to a better life for children, youth, and their families in Sundsvall Municipality? Your new workplace, the Individual and Labor Market Administration (IAF), encompasses several areas: Children, Youth and Family, Substance Abuse and Mental Health, Adult Education, and Work and Support.
We create conditions for learning and work, improved living situations in cases of mental health issues and substance abuse, secure upbringing conditions, and reduced social exclusion.
We work preventively, with early support measures and group activities to provide advice and support to children and parents to prevent negative developments in the long term. We in Children, Youth, and Family have been intensively working to get closer to our citizens, conducting outreach work, and offering advice and support conversations without the need for assistance assessment. The goal of our operations is to ensure that children and youth in need of our services have access to them. Part of this involves our investigations that clarify the needs of children and their parents.
