Here, you will be part of a substitute pool where you step in at preschools, schools, and after-school centers depending on the need. This can involve supporting staff in a children's group, leading a lesson, or helping out at after-school care. No day is the same, and it is this variation that makes the job both fun and developing!

You will meet children and students aged 1–16 years and work alongside engaged educators and teachers. For you as a student, this is a perfect opportunity to build experiences that strengthen you in both your studies and future career. You will practice leadership, communication, and collaboration while making a difference for children and youth every day.

The position is a part-time employment where working hours are scheduled Monday to Friday during the terms.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Can work at least two weekdays a week.
• Studying at least 50% or have another primary occupation.
• Are flexible and can step in at short notice.
• Enjoy quickly adapting to new environments and tasks.

To fit into the role of a substitute, you should be calm and stable. It is important that you are good at building relationships with children and adults, and you should give a trustworthy impression. As a person, you should have good collaboration skills and clear communication.

To be considered for the position, a background check from the police is also required.
