About the Role

As a customer service representative, you will:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
• Respond to incoming questions and assist customers with their issues
• Ensure a good customer experience through quick, clear, and friendly service

Requirements

To thrive and succeed in this role, you need to:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Be quick to learn systems and comfortable working with computer and IT-based tools.
• Be enrolled in ongoing education (high school, vocational training, or equivalent).

It is a plus if you also have:

• Ongoing university education.
• Experience in customer service in some form.
• Basic knowledge of the Office suite.
• Experience working in SAP.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who is confident, stable, and has good self-awareness. You remain calm and focused even under stress and adapt your approach according to the situation. You collaborate and communicate well, express yourself clearly and listen attentively, and are service-oriented with a genuine interest in helping others and finding solutions.
