Internal Sales Representative at SCA Obbola

SCA Obbola is now looking for a structured and communicative internal sales representative for a summer assignment starting immediately. For the right person, there is a possibility of extension.

The role is suitable for you who are meticulous, solution-oriented, and enjoy coordinating customer matters, orders, and deliveries in an operation with many contact points.

About the position

As an internal sales representative at SCA Obbola, you will be an important part of a dedicated team. Your main focus will be on contact with existing customers, and you will be involved in the entire sales process, including order management, invoicing, and logistics management.

A typical workday involves active communication with customers, sales districts, production planners, logistics operations, and shipping regarding product availability, timelines, delivery times, and order status. You will also actively contribute to the development of sales administrative processes and systems.

As part of the team, you will work alongside experienced colleagues who will provide you with support and training in your work.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A university degree in economics, logistics, service, or equivalent
  • And/or experience in customer service within B2B or more advanced administration
  • Meticulousness and a good ability to handle numbers and business systems
  • The ability to work independently with a strong customer focus
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially Excel, and previous experience with SAP is an advantage.

In this role, you will work closely with B2B customers and handle administrative tasks. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English. You will be an important part of a team where you are expected to take responsibility and be a flexible and communicative team player. To succeed in the role, it is important that you have a good sense of numbers and experience working with business systems. As a person, you are communicative, attentive, and open. You enjoy building relationships and find it easy to communicate with different people.
