We are now looking for a salesperson for our store in Umeå. The position is a permanent employment at 75%. We apply a probationary period of 6 months.

Your new tasks

As a Salesperson at FOREX, you will work with all steps in the process of selling our services to customers. Your mission is to contribute to a fantastic customer experience by sharing your expertise about our products and currency. You will work in an environment where you make a difference, characterized by drive, joy, and teamwork.

You will also actively contribute to achieving the store's sales targets, both through your own sales and by helping others. It is together as a team that we drive the business forward.

Your tasks will vary, for example, you will:

• Sell currency and all FOREX products
• Actively work with customer service and always ensure that the customer is the focus.
• Contribute to ensuring that the store's administration follows internal routines and work shift descriptions
• Help keep the store organized and clean

We want you to have a good ability to identify different customers' needs to achieve first-class service and that you are driven to work towards individual goals with a business mindset.

You are a solution-oriented team player who always has a high customer focus. These are prerequisites for becoming a successful salesperson with us.

Requirements for the position:

• Completed and full secondary education and that you are 18 years old
• Good computer skills
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Very good knowledge of English, you are good at speaking, writing, and reading English without major difficulties.
• Previous experience in retail sales or another similar profession is an advantage.

If you speak other languages than Swedish and English, and/or have experience from cultures other than the Swedish, we see this as an advantage.
