We are now looking for you who want to work extra as a sales assistant at our fantastic client Blomsterlandet and work in their store in Skellefteå. You will be employed by us at Retail Knowledge but work at Blomsterlandet. Here we offer great flexibility as you can easily set your availability that fits your everyday life via our app. All to ensure that this fits your and our customers' needs.

You are a person who is passionate about meeting people and fulfilling customer needs. As part of our team, you will have varied tasks, such as cash register work, sales, and stock replenishment. Regardless of the task, the focus will always be on providing our customers with fantastic service. You thrive with flexible tasks and see it as an opportunity for development.

Working as a pool employee with us at Retail Knowledge means that you are both an ambassador for us and for the client you are working for. For you to thrive in this role, it is important that you are a positive and service-minded person who finds it easy to communicate with others and that you enjoy that no day is the same at work.

Requirements to become a pool employee with us

• You have another main occupation for at least a year ahead. Please note that this needs to consist of studies or part-time work.

• You have the ability to work store hours, meaning mornings, evenings, and weekends.

• You can work at least two weekdays a week and one weekend day, alternatively three weekdays.

• You thrive in a flexible job and can jump in at short notice.

• You are flexible and can take shifts at short notice when needed.

About you

• You are a responsible person.

• You find it easy to communicate and collaborate with others.

• You enjoy exceeding customer expectations and are driven by personal interaction.

• You thrive in a sales role.

• You speak and write fluent Swedish.
