Customer Receptionist Workshop

We are looking for a driven and organized customer receptionist for our caravan & motorhome workshop. You must be able to juggle many tasks at once and have a technical inclination and interest. You have a positive attitude and are service-oriented, with a mindset that everything can be solved. You are the face of the company when the customer needs help.

As the role involves partially independent work, it requires your ability to drive your work forward on your own.

You have experience from the industry and can therefore make an initial assessment of the customer's problem and estimate costs and time required.

The customer receptionist has a central role and is responsible for scheduling, delegating work, and providing feedback to the customer.

Previous experience in similar tasks is required, as you need to have technical knowledge to provide professional assistance to the customer. Experience with caravans and motorhomes is highly meritorious.

You should view the job long-term and have a distinct desire to learn more and develop within the company.

Your tasks will include customer reception/scheduling of service jobs such as receiving bookings via phone, email, and drop-in, work planning, pricing, warranty management, reporting to suppliers, and administrative tasks such as order management and invoicing.

Sales of spare parts and accessories in the store, as well as McRent motorhome rentals and delivery walkthroughs for customers of the vehicles we sell, are also part of the job responsibilities.

The position is full-time (daytime Monday - Friday) primarily.

A driving license (B) is required, preferably a BE license.
