Vännäs Plåt is looking for a Technical Inside Sales Representative
Do you want to work closely with both customers and colleagues, build long-term relationships, and contribute to good business? Then this could be the position for you! We at Vännäs Plåt, which is part of the Nordprofil group, are now looking for a service-oriented and social person with a background in sheet metal, construction, or retail sales to strengthen our team of inside sales representatives.
About the position
As a Technical Inside Sales Representative with us, you will meet both professionals and private individuals. You will be responsible for developing existing customer relationships as well as creating new ones, always with a high level of service and good business acumen.
In this role, you will play a central part in our customer reception in the store and be the customer's contact for order and delivery-related questions. You will also ensure quick feedback via phone and email. In short: you are the hub between the customer and delivery – and ensure that every order is handled correctly, efficiently, and professionally.
Your background
We would like you to have experience in one of the following areas:
• Sheet metal work
• Construction sheet metal
• Sales of similar products and services
You have a natural interest in business and enjoy creating and developing long-term customer relationships. You work in a structured and goal-oriented manner, with good planning, execution, and follow-up.

You have a B driver's license, experience working in business systems, and are proficient in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
