We are looking for an engaged and empathetic person to support our client with NPF diagnosis who needs assistance around the clock. We are looking for someone who wants to work extra hours now and has the possibility to continue working during the summer while regular employees are on vacation.

The young man is 20 years old with a great interest in animals, football, video games, gym, diet, and health. He is a social and cheerful guy who appreciates variety in his daily life, with a stable foundation so that the days are predictable. He has his challenges, but with your personal support, we can create a nice and functioning everyday life together. He may have difficulties with social interactions and communication, so it is important that you can express yourself clearly and simply and help interpret.

As an assistant, you will be an important part of his daily life and contribute to ensuring that he has a meaningful and active existence entirely on his terms based on his needs and functional variation. As an assistant, you will support him in his daily activities such as leisure activities, household chores, cooking, and so on. We are looking for someone who is caring, secure, organized, structured, and has a desire to learn, support, and develop together with the group and the young man.

A driver's license and access to a car are desirable. You also need to be smoke-free and preferably nicotine-free. (During the work shift, it is required that you are nicotine-free.) Experience in personal assistance or working with people with functional variations is a merit but not a requirement. The young man has assistance around the clock with waiting time/on-call at night. Initially, during the introduction and your first shifts independently, you will work during the day/evening, but it is desirable if you can work both days and nights in the future.
