We are looking for an Administrator in Car & Driver Support

We are now seeking a consultant for an exciting assignment as an Administrator in Car & Driver Support with a larger player in finance and automotive-related services.

About the position

In this role, you will primarily work on developing TCO calculations (Total Cost of Ownership) for both customers and dealers. This means calculating the total monthly cost for various car options based on several parameters, such as:

• Leasing fees
• Benefit value
• Service and maintenance agreements
• Insurance and winter tires
• Other options and cost components

The work requires high accuracy and good structure as the calculations are used as decision support. You will work in several different systems and applications and handle documentation, for example, by compiling materials, converting files to PDF, and communicating via email. You will have ongoing contact with both internal functions and external parties, which requires good service orientation and clear communication.

Your main tasks

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least a high school education
• Has experience from a customer service role or administrative position
• Is very proficient in Excel
• Has good general IT and system skills and easily adapts to new digital tools
• Is used to handling multiple tasks simultaneously and working in a structured manner
