About the role
You drive the sales of staffing services to companies and individuals in your area.
You build long-term customer relationships, not quick closures.
You recruit retirees, assess competence, and ensure quality delivery.
You follow up on finances, relationships, and structure locally.
You plan your time yourself and make decisions without being micromanaged.
There are no ready shortcuts.
There is trust and mandate.
Compensation
The compensation is performance-based.
The revenue follows the business you build over time.
There is no salary cap and no artificial limitations.
Development in the assignment
When the area reaches stable volume, functioning structure, and long-term customer relationships, the nature of the assignment changes.
The role then shifts from operational sales to full local business responsibility.
You drive the business in your location with your own assignment volume, your own result responsibility, and long-term mandate.
This is an assignment that is built upon, not replaced.
