JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

What does the position entail?

Depending on your educational background and previous experience, different roles may be relevant for you with us. Common to them is that you in your work act as a support for our clients in their daily routines, you create security and stability, and work closely with your colleagues. The role may also include treatment and investigative work. Our work is carried out on behalf of the social services and in close collaboration with networks around our clients. We operate around the clock, which means you will work on a schedule with irregular working hours.

QUALIFICATIONS

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with at least a two-year post-secondary education, or an equivalent education, focused on social work, social pedagogy, or behavioral science. We prefer that you have previous experience working with the target group. You have a psychological robustness and the ability to create security and predictability. You can work both independently and in a team, are attentive, confident in yourself, and have an easy time building relationships with others. Since travel may occur in the job, a B driver's license is a requirement.
