You will support a 30-year-old man with interests in creative writing, role-playing, math, programming, AI, and digital drawing/construction. You will work in the client's home located in Kullavik, Kungsbacka municipality. An express bus from Gothenburg stops near the home.

The client has a neuropsychiatric functional variation, and it is an advantage if you have experience with autism spectrum disorders or ADHD. However, it is more important that you share some of the client's interests, as he finds it easier to trust you when you can do things together or talk about common interests. The client does not have the ability to teach his interests to you, so you need to have sufficient knowledge to help him get started, focus, and finish his projects. Below is more detailed information about the client's areas of interest.

The client's computer-related interests are:

• LLM models and AI.

• Working in Optima on his own computer, RSS feeds, night follow-ups, etc.

• Computer games - multiplayer with the assistant

• Computer games - single-player, but with participation/turn-taking with the personal assistant

• Programming projects (python, lua, javascript/PHP, tensorflow)

• Modding games (e.g., Minecraft, X-Com, Space Engineers)

• Creating his own games

His other interests are:

• TV series, Anime, or similar

• Writing projects/fiction writing (in English) - e.g., SciFi, Fantasy, or Fanfiction.

• Role-playing of all kinds, preferably Homebrew systems. The client is willing to learn any system. Preferably those that involve a lot of crafting and storytelling.

• Discussions about various abstract subjects and advanced/speculative science related to ongoing projects.

Who are we looking for?

The client is looking for someone interested in a permanent position. You need to be good at maintaining structure, for example during meals, to facilitate the client's daily life. The client sometimes experiences anxiety attacks, and you should have the ability to manage and respond to these with a low-arousal approach. Therefore, we prefer that you are a calm and stress-resistant person.

You cannot have severe allergies to cats or chickens as they are present in the client's home. However, it is a plus if you like animals.

We would like you to:

• share the client's interests.

• be able to understand and communicate in Swedish or English.

• tolerate pets.

• be able to work flexible hours - day, evening, and weekend. Some of our positions also require you to work nights.

• have experience working within the autism spectrum or with low-arousal responses. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).

Employment type: As long as the assistance assignment lasts

Scope: As agreed

Working hours: You will work 3–4 days a week, both weekdays and weekends, between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM.

Start date: Immediately

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden, by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
