We are now looking for committed colleagues for our Child and Family Center, which consists of two units with social workers, method supervisors, and unit managers. We are organized into five smaller investigation teams and one Safety team. According to the Borås model, we work with a structured case distribution on a rolling schedule and regular team meetings. The regular team meetings provide you with close collegial support, security, and a sense of belonging. With us, you will be part of a workplace with well-established routines and a clear structure, which forms the basis for a safe and legally secure operation. Our focus is on making children and young people even more involved in their contact with us. The operation also has a strong focus on developing the service according to the new Social Services Act.

Social Worker for the Child and Family Center Job Duties

We work with the target group of children and young people aged 0-17 years and their guardians. As a social worker with us, you will primarily investigate, make decisions, and follow up on granted interventions according to the Social Services Act and the Care of Young People Act.

Before an employment offer is made, a certificate from the police's criminal record must be presented.

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work, and it is advantageous if you have previous experience in authority work within social care for children and youth as well as Signs of Safety. You should have a good approach, personal maturity, and a professional attitude. You are structured, can plan, and take responsibility for your position. You have excellent documentation skills and verbal communication abilities. We also see that you have the commitment and flexibility to develop the service and create a shared understanding of the assignment. You enjoy collaborating and cooperating both internally and externally. A driver's license (B) is a requirement.
