As a business developer, you will be part of the Child and Family Department, which is responsible for parental insurance, child allowances, maintenance support, and housing allowances. We have over 2000 employees working at 16 locations across the country. We are now looking for business developers for one of the department's development and support units, which currently consists of 20 business developers.

Business Development, Agile Work, and Collaboration

As a business developer, you are responsible for driving and supporting customer-oriented business development that contributes to the realization of the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's vision and business idea. You also have a responsibility to identify development needs and translate them into concrete activities. The role includes monitoring and being well-informed about current societal developments relevant to the Swedish Social Insurance Agency and analyzing potential consequences for the operations based on this. The work also involves participating in various networks and, among other things, taking part in preparations, business planning, and annual reports. The position requires handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you have a strong security awareness.

We are looking for someone who

  • has a university degree or equivalent experience and qualifications
  • has several years of experience in maintenance support
  • acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
  • has the ability to create a useful network
  • can understand and analyze complex issues
  • brings innovative ideas and solutions that promote development
  • collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
  • has good communication skills, both orally and in writing.

It is meritorious if you have

  • experience in business development
  • experience with agile working methods
  • experience working in a large public organization
  • worked with digitalization
  • experience in process development
  • experience working within the Child and Family Department's benefits
  • previous leadership experience.

Other

A permanent, full-time position, with start date by agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. In accordance with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment. Remote work is possible if the job allows.
