We are looking for personal assistants for a woman in Örebro. The work is varied and includes personal care as well as everyday household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, and shopping. The chemistry and interaction between you as an assistant and the woman are crucial for the quality and experience of the job. Working hours vary between day and evening. The workplace is located at the employer's home or wherever the employer is currently situated.

Who are you as an applicant?

We are looking for someone who has personal suitability for the assignment. You are around 35 years old. You are responsible, empathetic, and attentive. It is important that you are punctual and can keep time but also flexible enough to sometimes step in to cover gaps in staffing. We see that you are a secure person and enjoy taking initiative. Important qualities for the assignment are respect, empathy, commitment, and that you as an assistant respect the woman's personal integrity. We also prefer that you have an active lifestyle as the woman enjoys exercising.

You will receive training and introduction to the medical tasks and ongoing competence development based on the needs of the assignment.

Requirements for this assignment are:

Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

That you are smoke-free.

About the employment

This employment starts immediately with a working degree of about 40%. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, and weekends.
