Ängbybarnens preschools in Norra Ängby, Bromma have been operating as an independent entity since 2008. Our vision is to strengthen children's self-esteem. We focus on listening to the child's experiences and moving away from our own judgments.

Our work with empathetic communication began over 20 years ago and continues constantly in our daily lives through reflections, activities, and internal and external training. Our five preschools are located close to nature reserves, 4H farms, and public transportation.

Here you will find a driven team with a strong pedagogical focus and a well-functioning collaboration between departments. The preschool is also supported by our management team, which consists of a principal, a pedagogical development leader (trained pedagogista), and our certified NVC trainer.

We wish for you to have documented experience and interest in working independently based on the preschool's governing documents in a project-oriented approach. We also hope you have an interest in NVC, which is the approach we work with to strengthen children's ability to express their feelings and needs.
