I am a positive, active, and cheerful 18-year-old who enjoys being outdoors and finding new adventures when I am not in school. This can involve hanging out at skate parks, watching cars, or just taking a walk. As my assistant, you should be creative and confident in yourself. You will accompany me to school, my activities, and hobbies, but you should also be comfortable relaxing at home, listening to or playing music, or watching YouTube with me.

For my daily life to function, I need your assistance with all my daily tasks, mobility, personal hygiene, and communication. I mostly move around in a wheelchair and a walker. I am good at showing and communicating with my body, but I also use PCS pictures and a bit of Tobii.

It takes time for both of us to get to know each other and find a good way to collaborate. Therefore, you should see this as a long-term job. When I have continuity in my life, I feel best, and we both have the opportunity to develop. Since I ride once a week, it is important that you are not allergic to horses.

About the position:

You who are applying for this position are between 25 and 40 years old and want to work about 35 hours a week. It is a rolling four-week schedule with varying working hours during the day, evening/night, and weekends. I need some support even during the night, so it is important for you who are applying for this position to be able to work awake nights. I would like you to be able to start quite soon.

You will be employed by Assistans i Balans i Sverige AB, which means you will receive close and personal management, guidance, and a good introduction. Assistans i Balans also offers a variety of training within the profession, giving you the opportunity to develop.

Salary: Individual salary setting. Agreement Fremia-Kommunal.
