AB OmsorgsCompagniet in the Nordics has been established since 2003 and is a recognized provider of care services. We offer personal assistance, respite care, escorting, housing support, and LSS accommodation, with offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Örebro, and Trollhättan.

We are currently looking for a dedicated respite care provider for a young man. You will play an important role by caring for him so that his relatives can have relief in their daily lives. The position is full-time or part-time, weekdays from 9 AM to 6 PM with some flexibility. Weekend work and travel abroad may also be required.

The client's interests include photography, film, video games, clothing, and fashion.

We are looking for someone with training and experience working with individuals with autism, OCD, and obsessive thoughts. You are empathetic, understanding, possess good communication skills, and are a trustworthy person.

Qualifications:

• Education and/or documented experience in care and support
• Responsibility, empathy, and good communication skills.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to others' needs and routines.
• Positive attitude and ability to create a safe and loving environment.
• Personal suitability and ability to collaborate with both the client and their relatives.
