Social Worker - Consulting Assignment

We are looking for you who are a Social Worker and have experience working as a Social Secretary, Supervisor, Case Officer, Investigator, or perhaps Manager.

Perhaps you are currently self-employed or prefer to be employed by Avanti? We are open to both options.

Many of our assignments are filled through our network, and some are advertised on our website. We always make a careful selection of quality-assured consultants for each assignment. The match should be perfect for both the client and the consultant.

Examples of situations where a consultant may be needed include illness, parental leave, during a recruitment process, during projects, or simply as relief during a certain period.

The consultant role is a bit special, and to be successful, we believe that you enjoy providing service and that you are independent, flexible, stable, and have good self-awareness. You quickly familiarize yourself with the client's operations and gain an overview. You are motivated by providing “that little extra” in combination with your solid expertise.
