Biltema is looking for staff for our café/food truck

Biltema markets more than 19,000 items. Our vision is to make it easier for people to afford a car, boat, home, tools, and high-quality leisure products, thereby creating a richer leisure time for everyone. Biltema currently has a total of 172 stores in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, of which 64 stores are located in Sweden. Biltema is a strong brand in an exciting expansion, planning to open around 50 new stores in the Nordic region in the coming years.

About the position

As a staff member in our café/food truck, you will handle a variety of tasks. A typical workday consists of preparing food such as shrimp sandwiches, baguettes, and rolls. Furthermore, you will manage the bake-off oven and assist with daily kitchen routines including preparations, cleaning, and inventory management. You will work at the cash register and serve food to our guests, of course providing them with the best possible service!

In addition to the tasks specific to the position, you will work together with your colleagues in the daily operations of the store.

About you

We are looking for someone who has a genuine sense of service and always puts the customer first. You are proactive, flexible, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are willing to go the extra mile when needed. You see it as a given to keep your surroundings tidy and to help your colleagues wherever necessary.

We prefer candidates with experience in retail or grocery trade, and it is an advantage if you have experience in café work.
