We at Aboda Klint are now looking for several new colleagues for our high ropes course for both summer and weekend work. The course is open on weekends from April to September, and during the summer vacation, we are open every day.

(No driver's license required, but please note that there are no buses to this location!)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Safety Briefings: Provide clear instructions on how climbing works and what safety rules apply.
  • Course Instruction: Show how the course and safety systems are used correctly.
  • Climbing Supervision: Move around under the course and ensure that guests follow rules and instructions.
  • Assistance on the Course: Help visitors who need support during climbing.
  • Rescue Operations: Conduct rescues as needed according to training.
  • Personal Climbing: Climb the course during supervision, assistance, and inspection of the facility.
  • Safety and Order: Contribute to a safe, secure, and well-functioning park environment.
  • Welcoming Visitors: Greet both groups and guests.
  • Cash Handling: Manage bookings and payments on-site.
  • Equipment Assistance: Assist visitors with putting on harnesses and helmets.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure that the parking area and the rest of the park are well-maintained.

Who are you?

  • Service-oriented: You are positive, social, and enjoy working with people.
  • Responsible: You have a strong safety mindset and take your responsibilities seriously.
  • Detail-oriented: You have an eye for details and ensure that both equipment and park environment are in top condition.
  • Relevant Experience: Experience in customer service or climbing is a plus, but not required!
  • Clear and Pedagogical: You are comfortable speaking in front of groups and explaining instructions.
  • Physically Active: You enjoy a dynamic outdoor job and are comfortable working at heights.
  • Calm and Solution-oriented: You can handle stressful situations in a controlled manner.

Working Hours:

- Summer Job: Every day during the summer vacation

- Weekend Work: From April to September (Saturdays and Sundays)

- Opening Hours/Working Hours: The course is open from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM/5:00 PM, working hours may vary between 10:45 AM and 5:15 PM.
