JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for you, a licensed nurse who wants to work with us in Health and Care, where you work for quality, participation, and person-centered care.

There will be great opportunities for you to influence and make a difference in your work.

Your main responsibilities will be to lead and plan the daily nursing work in residential care and to be responsible for health and medical care interventions up to the nurse level.

You will perform independent assessments, medical treatments, and nursing interventions for our patients.

You will also work preventively to maintain health and well-being.

You are also responsible for nursing documentation according to applicable legislation, routines for developing nursing work, and ensuring quality according to the organization's management system for quality and patient safety.

The position includes delegating and mentoring nursing staff in health and medical care interventions.

Documentation is done in the database-based journal system Treserva.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse.

We prefer that you have previously worked in health and care - elderly care.

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

A driving license (B) is a requirement.
