You work closely with the manager and care staff to create structure, continuity, and high quality in daily operations.

As a Group Leader, you combine leadership, planning, and follow-up with operational presence in the organization as needed.

As a Group Leader, you play a central role in ensuring quality, structure, and efficiency in the organization. Your tasks include:

• Planning & Staffing – together with the unit manager, plan and allocate daily services based on customers' assistance decisions and needs. You are responsible for staffing during short-term absences, plan routes focusing on continuity and effective geographical placement, and signal changes in staffing needs.

• Meeting Leadership & Communication – lead staff meetings, unit, and team meetings, and ensure that decisions and events are documented for safe and clear communication within the organization.

• Implementation Plans & Customer Follow-up – together with the customer and contact person, establish, follow up, and quality assure implementation plans. You also conduct home visits for new or changed needs and handle feedback and complaints in collaboration with the assistant unit manager.

• Documentation & Follow-up – follow up on staff documentation and ensure that it is done according to guidelines and legal requirements. You identify deviations or patterns, hold constructive conversations as needed, and actively work on quality improvement.

• Staff Support & Collaboration – guide and support employees in their daily work, hold conversations as needed, and maintain ongoing contact with primary care, relatives, and other collaborating partners.

• On-call & Operational Work – be responsible for on-call planning and work out in the field with customers as needed.

• Emergency Alarms – quickly respond to urgent needs from customers who have triggered alarms. We work on behalf of Oxelösund Municipality and are responsible for both regular home care tasks and handling emergency alarms between 06:45 and 22:00. This means a varied assignment with both planned and more urgent interventions.

• Experience & Professional Competence (REQUIREMENT) – nursing assistant education and experience in home care. You have a good understanding of assistance decisions, implementation plans, legal requirements, and the importance of legally secure documentation. Experience in planning or work leadership is an advantage/requirement, and you are confident in allocating work, prioritizing resources, leading meetings, and providing constructive feedback.

• Digital & Administrative Skills – you have good system familiarity and are comfortable working in digital planning and documentation systems and can easily adapt to new tools and working methods.

• Driver's License B – you can travel between customers and meetings in a safe and efficient manner.

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing – you communicate professionally and ensure correct and clear documentation.

• Structure & Planning Ability – you are structured, analytical, and solution-oriented with good foresight. You ensure quality in planning and staffing with a focus on geography, continuity, and effective resource use.

• Continuity & Financial Responsibility – you actively work to plan the same staff for the same customer as much as possible and plan with a focus on economic sustainability and minimized travel time.

• Leadership & Availability – you are a clear and present leader, available for staff, customers, and incoming calls. You create engagement in the group and contribute to a good working environment.

• Work Environment & Reporting – you act as a positive ambassador for the organization and report deviations, work environment issues, and changes in customer situations to the responsible manager.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday & every other weekend. Employment Rate: 100%, permanent with a 6-month probationary period, with start date by agreement. Working Hours: 07:00-15:30. Workplace: you will start from our office in Oxelösund and work within Oxelösund Municipality.
