At Forenede Care, Björkgården in Tystberga, we are looking for a caring and dedicated nursing assistant who wants to work in a warm and professional team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a nursing assistant education

• Speaks and understands Swedish well in both spoken and written form

• Has a good ability to document and follow routines

• Is flexible, self-driven, and solution-oriented

• Has an understanding of person-centered care and values integrity

As a nursing assistant with us, you are responsible for care, personal hygiene, medication administration according to delegation routines, preventive care, and documentation in accordance with the organization's guidelines. You participate in care planning, activities, and collaboration with relatives and other professionals. The work involves both independent tasks and working in a team to ensure a safe and stimulating everyday life for our residents.

• Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period

• Part-time 80%

• Start date according to agreement

• Experience in elderly care or dementia care

• Further education in dementia, palliative care, or geriatrics

• Experience with documentation in journal systems
