We are now looking for two Occupational Therapists for Home Healthcare.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an occupational therapist with us in municipal healthcare, you will play an important role in creating conditions for our patients to live as independently, actively, and meaningfully as possible. You will work with rehabilitation, activity assessments, training, and prescribing aids. Prescription and guidance of nursing staff in rehabilitative approaches are an important part of the work, including transfer training.

With us, you will have a varied and stimulating assignment where you work both independently and in close collaboration with physiotherapists, nurses, and other care and nursing staff. Occupational therapists and physiotherapists work in pairs within their respective areas of responsibility, which creates good conditions for support, knowledge exchange, and joint development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• licensure as an occupational therapist.
• a valid driver's license and good driving experience with a passenger car.
• good ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, in Swedish.
• good computer skills.

We consider previous experience as an occupational therapist or experience from other municipal or regional healthcare as meritorious. Knowledge of Web SESAM (ordering system for aids) is also an advantage.
