With us, the customer is always at the center. As a planner, you will be the key person who builds structure in the systems and is close to the operations, creating security for customers and colleagues every day.

• Planning & resource allocation - plan daily efforts based on customer needs, ensure staffing during absences, and work with continuity.

• Collaboration & problem-solving - collaborate with unit managers and team leaders for effective resource use and solutions to unforeseen situations.

• Implementation plans & documentation - establish, follow up, and ensure the quality of implementation plans and documentation.

• Customer contact & follow-up - home visits, care visits for changing needs, handle feedback, and ensure the right support.

• Staff support & collaboration - support, guide, and mentor staff as well as collaborate with relatives and other stakeholders.

• Operational and administrative work – combines 50% administrative and 50% operational work.

• On-call responsibility – responsible for on-call planning and covering for sick leave.

• Digital follow-up - ensure that services are carried out according to plan and that documentation and time registration are correct.

• Emergency response – quickly address urgent needs of customers who have alerted. We work on behalf of Oxelösund municipality and are responsible for both regular home care tasks and handling emergency alarms between 06:45 and 22:00. This means a varied assignment with both planned and more urgent interventions.

• Experience & professional competence (REQUIREMENT) - nursing assistant with experience, preferably with leadership experience.

• Digital & administrative skills - confident in administration and digital systems.

• Driving license B – you are an experienced driver and can navigate well in traffic to visit our customers in their homes.

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing – ability to express yourself clearly in both documentation and dialogue with customers, staff, and relatives.

• Structure & problem-solving – structured, solution-oriented, and flexible in a varied everyday life.

• Resource-aware & customer-focused – economic thinking, efficient resource use, minimize travel time, and meet customer needs.

• Collaboration & leadership – easy to collaborate with different professions, support staff, and be available for colleagues and customers.

• Work environment & quality – be positive, service-oriented, unpretentious, and contribute to a good work environment.

• Reporting & quality – ensure good foresight in planning and staffing, as well as report misconduct, work environment issues, and changes in customers.

Scope: full-time, 37 hours/week (including holidays) Working hours: Monday–Friday 07:00–15:30, and weekend on-call every other weekend Workplace: you will be based at our office in Oxelösund and work within Oxelösund municipality Employment form: permanent with a 6-month probationary period, start date according to agreement
