We are looking for: Customer Receptionist with drive, energy, and a sense for business with the opportunity to grow into a Branch Manager!

Do you want a role where you can combine customer contact, leadership, and practical work in the workshop? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

With us, you will work with both passenger cars and trucks, which provides a varied everyday life where no day is the same.

You are a person with energy in your step, order in your head, and service in your blood. You enjoy taking responsibility, building relationships, and making things happen – while not being afraid to roll up your sleeves and jump into the workshop when needed.

We prefer that you have a background where you have worked with tires or workshops, and that you know what everyday life looks like on the floor – what is required to keep the work flowing, maintain the pace, and create a safe, well-functioning, and positive work environment for the entire team.

• Be the face of the customer reception.
• Create new contacts and build long-term customer relationships.
• Drive business and contribute to our growth.
• Order management, administration, and planning of operations.
• Plan and coordinate staff.
• Work both operationally and administratively.
• Be involved in workshop work – tire changes on both passenger cars and trucks.

• Have experience in the tire industry, you must know tires.
• Have knowledge to work in the business system Compilators Autowork (formerly Däckdata)
• Are driven, self-sufficient, and solution-oriented.
• Have a sales mindset and appreciate guiding customers.
• Are structured and meticulous.
• See yourself taking on more leadership responsibility in the future.
